In addition to our comprehensive quality assurance, Amberg Kaolin Works also provides development and application technology services for the ceramic sector.The primary task, aside from the development of new products, is customer-oriented sales support. 
In close collaboration with customers, we develop solutions to specific problems ranging from treatment of clays and glazes, to the analysis of various errors in the production process, to expert consultation. The application technology laboratory is a coveted and competent partner when it comes to optimizing existing compounds or creating new ones. We work with our customers to improve various parameters of existing compounds, such as whiteness, liquefaction or plasticity, or to develop from scratch new compounds as systems solutions for new plants.
